Outpost (2.0/2.1)

Spun off from the now redundant mod Spaceport, this mod makes a number of changes and additions to Outposts.

• All Outposts are now listed in the outliner, in the Starbases category.
  
• All Outposts now have an icon displayed in the galaxy map.
  
• Outposts now have an initial 1 building slot available.
  
• A number of new buildings are available for Outposts.
  
• Four new types of 'role' can now be assigned dependent on which of the new buildings is constructed: Research Outpost, Mining Outpost, Defence Outpost and Navigation Outpost. Outposts with no classification are now simply Border Outposts.
  
• The range of building slots is now 1-8, instead of 0-6.

MINING OUTPOSTS
The minerals and energy production will vary depending on whether there is an orbital deposit of minerals and/or energy in the system, and whether that deposit has a mining station.

RESEARCH OUTPOSTS
The science production will vary depending on whether there is an orbital deposit of science in the system, and whether that deposit has a research station.

NAVIGATION OUTPOSTS
Doubles sub-light speed for allied ships in the system. Cross these systems moar fasterz.

DEFENCE OUTPOSTS
Improved sensor range, weapons range and defence station capacity.

COMPATIBILITY
There's major changes to Outposts here, so I doubt the mod and an existing save-game will get on. Start a new game.

The following vanilla files are over-ridden:
common/ship_sizes/00_starbases.txt
common/starbase_levels/00_starbase_levels.txt
common/starbase_types/00_starbase_types.txt
interface/starbase_view.gui

The 00_starbases.txt over-ride is necessary to have a single building slot unlocked for outposts. NSC does the same, so there is no functionality clash.
