[OUTDATED / OBSOLETE] Anomaly Minimum Fail Chance 0% - FGRaptor

Description
OBSOLETE - Anomalies can no longer fail in Stellaris, so this change is not needed anymore. If you play an older version for some reason, you can use it.

For Stellaris v2.0.2+

Description
A simple mod to set the Anomaly Minimum Fail Chance back to 0% instead of 5%.

I'm just not a fan of failing anomalies when I have bonuses and skilled scientists.

Save Game Compatibility
Should be save to install and remove during running games (I had no problems so far).
As the anomaly fail chance is calculated when you check the anomaly window (as far as I know), there should be no issues, as it will simply be recalculated again.

Mod Compatibility
Should be compatible with anything as it does not modify vanilla files, only the one line in the defines file is overwritten. So maybe mods that overwrite the same line will make problems.

This mod is obsolete, as anomaly fail chance was removed. The mod won't be updated anymore.

As of 2.1, anomolies don't use a chance based system anymore, so this mod is obsolete.

Version 2.0.3 is out so you should change the version number to that or 2.0.x

@Zygrus
I would need to look into that, I don't think the vanilla system supports that, so I would have to make a custom solution.

For a more vanilla balanced approach with same end results, could make it need a larger reduction to get rid of the last 5%. So if you have -15% over what you need to get it to 5%, then it's 0%.

Would it be possible to change the version number to 2.0.x or 2.0.* so it is recogniced by the launcher as a fully updated mod?
