Description
This is an invisible pedestrian path. It works the same as a gravel pedestrian path and is useful for detailing.

@Czardus
So, this one is outdated horribly and works bad with elevations? Then maybe mark this in title?

@Czardus, thanks for replying, appreciate the info:)

@Agamemnicon - This was a really early version of doing this sort of path. The concept has been improved significantly by others with support for elevated paths. Use this one if you need to do invisible elevated paths: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1213488864

Does this abide by Anarchy? Doesn't seem to. I can't draw elevated invisible paths over other buildings for example (like I can with all other networks), neither can I upgrade existing paths to invisible paths unless they "follow the rules" of the vanilla game.

Thegron, try using the align heights feature of moveit, find a building/tree that's close to the path then highlight the path nodes and segments, click align heights on the building or tree and the path level should match the terrain, you might need to use the landscaping levelling tool if the area around the path isn't at the same height.

It is really difficult to use this on anything that doesn't have a level plane. For example, I set up an invis ped path over a nice decorated quay and the peds are walking down into the quay and then back up. I try to change the elevation with "move it" but it is very difficult to prevent them from either walking above the quay or inside it. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Is it possible to elevated it ?

Nice!

@alborzka - I'll add both of those to my list of possible projects. Thanks for the ideas!

Hey @Czardus, any thoughts on making an invisible bike path (preferably both one- and two-way)? Or even a signalised bike path (makes proper junction signals at intersections, i.e. functions like a tiny road but only for bikes)?
