This mod makes the vision more clear. How it will look in your eyes will depend on your settings in the game.

No effect. You will get achievements playing on official maps.

The settings in zombie vision is grayscale and cheap zombie vision from these settings depends on your vision. The screenshots show this. I write through a translator and may not always be able to answer accurately.
