Working Underground Parking Lot (Large)

Description
A big [10x6] NOT WORKING but realistic* parking lot:

1) Pedestrians will use underground access doors.
2) People will actually park their cars in the designated spots. (48 slots)
3) Parking is increased if the lot is placed near bus/train/tram stops.

Extras:
+ Balanced.
+ Doesn't affect traffic.
+ You can remove the trees.
+ The billboard is randomized.
+ Realistic underground parking entrance/exit.

*Warning: some pedestrians will do strange things and go trough walls. If this may bother you, you shouldn't download this asset

This thing can f**k up the road elevation detection around itself ‒ at least my game constantly wanted to start road from -11m when I wanted to connect a bridge via a two □ long (four-lane) road segment to the right tunnel! :steamfacepalm:

@Marvinyo I will promptly update the description of this item, thank you for making me notice the lack of these informations. The size is 10x6 and it can hold up to 48 cars.

What size is this? I mean both: "tile size" (looks like a 6x6) and how many cars it can fit?

If you try to place it near avenues, it won't let you. Try downgrading to normal roads: the game now shoud allow you to place it, then you can upgrade the road again.
If this doesn't work, or you can't place it near normal roads, try deleting the road, placing the parking lot, and then connect it all together.

but I shoud specify that, the underground part of the parking lot doesn't actually work.
It may look like it, but unfortunatley it doesn't.
Sometimes cars will even use the road to go under, but then they'll park outside.
This content only uses game assets.
