This mod adds a new VO by modifying the Vanilla Xenophobe VO
adding some sound effects makes it sounds like the actor is wearing power armor
but not too much

Don't mind that big red exclamation point

Were any new voice lines added from the DLC's since 2021? Also this VO sounds so awesome, by the emperor it is perfect.

@⟐ ΔŁǤØŁ ⟐ the audio files are kept in the game files under sound > vo > ethics
If you know how to edit audio, the same can be done with voice over.

This could be the start of something wonderful. Imagine Spiritualist to SOBs and Materialist to AM. Authoritarian sounds pretty Commissar btw.
