Yes this interchange works wonders and it handles two merging highways with no trouble at all.
Its hard to believe but its true. 90% average Congestion in game tested with traffic and a city as well.

Took me a night or two to work this out as smoothly as possible and the results were astounding! Ive made
lots of other intersections and this one by far is the best.

It spreads your traffic around like the branches of a tree and results in a very fluid movement of traffic.
I do stress that it be placed on level ground and some parts of the road may need to be moved with the move it
mod to smooth it out. because of size limitations you have to complete the round-about but its not hard to do.

One adresses the issue relating the After Dark Expansion. This will allow for players who do not have the DLC to use and aquire it in game.

The second change pertains to the asset requiring you to have unlocked rail. I have removed it and this will allow you to place it as soon as you unlock highways. Hence an earlier unlock. This itteration of the asset is also free from needing the After Dark DLC, so anyone can use it as well.

I believe its because i used bike lane roads instead of normal ones. If you like ill re release another one using regular roads if the after dark dlc is an issue.

betcha if i showed you how to properly set it up using Traffic Manager it wont. Maybe ill make a video on the set up for it. I can promise you that once the setup is done, you wont have any congestion. Be aware though @Pamani that this is not meant to be the only entrance and exit to your city. Thats just foolish.
