I do not have GreaterExperiment's permission to distribute this mod, but this is indeed GreatExperiment's "Expanded Tech + Industry + Equipment" mod made compatible with Kaissereich.


Again I need to make this 100% clear NOT MY MOD, I NEVER ONCE HELPED

Dead. Cannot be updated anymore due to KR file changes, if I had to guess it's because they're preparing a tech tree because they've included a lot of tech related files in recent updates.

I mean if ya can figure out the root for the crash and closing issues I'd be happy. I've tried 4-5 fixes over the past week

@Shortpower I left BICE because of stability issues, but I miss the the tech and industry complexity. Do you need help beta testing?

Course, them including the base tech tree means they might be adding their own tech tree. Since that's about the only time a mod begins adding the tech tree files, so hopefully look forward to that :). In the mean time I'll keep trying to get this working.

The original compatibility issues with KR+ET were:
A. The pre-weltkrieg ship tier getting overwritten by ET and causing crashes since ships that didnt exist in tech files existed in the game
B. Militia and Garrison divisions becoming ghost/non-existant due to not existing in the unit files for ET

Originally fixing it was as simple as fixing the 3-4 files related to those. Now KR got lazy and included the base tech tree and added a bunch more irrelevant directories.
One of the crash issues was the Lua defines files which I've already fixed, I dont understand how the game decides file priority so I'm struggling to get it working past that.

Shouldn't be the mod since it doesn't touch history (Except unit types, because militia/garrison and all the ET units)

Hey,I found a strange thing today,but maybe it will be useful.
So,I played Russia,and noticed,that with your mod some of the focuses are not updated - Okhranka,for instance, still gevis you a +5% stability.
Dunno if it's really the problem,but maybe this information will help.

Mod is now in mostly workable state, SRD and ET aren't working right now
and a helluva a lot of texture errors, but playable
