Descripción
This is a part of a collection of buildings that provide basic services. While they can be used by themselves the idea is that you place them next to each other to form the illusion of a larger building. For this to work it is important to flatten the terrain first.

Their stats are based on small vanilla service buildings with some adjustments. Some of them are a bit underpowered and some are a bit overpowered.

The functionality of the corner buildings is dependent on the DLC, so one can not just remove the DLC requirement. While I could make corner versions of the vanilla service buildings, this would be a lot of work and clutter up the building menus. So I went with the easy option of only making a park version of the corner building.

Hi, Thnk you for your work, I like the modular idea very much, it looks great in high residental areas. Could you remove the ND DLC dependency for the corner buildings? Right now, there is only one useable corner building for me, since I don't have the DLC and it's not usefull at all for sanbbox players.
