Use any image editor that has a text function and the text sizes are -
Card dimensions are 2.75 in x 3.75
24 pts for the Title and Bottom Values
10 pts for the Type
12 pts for the Subtitle
11 pts for Descriptions
15 pts for Effect Titles
12.7 pts for Item/Role card bottoms.
