Custom map query
On certain custom maps I have downloaded, I notice large areas of grey concrete textures with no buildings around them. The texture I'm referring to appears around the edges of some City Center and Office buildings. I wonder how this is possible without buildings nearby, so that I can do some "patching up" in Taigoku?
