I have been having the same issue of sus mods not compiling idk why also the reason system reflection is sus is because the sus mod system is garbage and should be removed from the game

disable the suspicious mods setting i forgot what it's called

Yeah I figured that out idk why it turned back on probably because I reinstalled windows

idk why its suspicious, its not harmful and to fix the compiling either use no inf compiling mod or disable reject suspicious mods in general settings
