I know alot of you don't even know what they are and instead change the frame, weapons and everything else each and everytime they do a different mission.
But they exist and they save the following:
- Frame, Upgrade Slot, Appearance Slot (4 Bytes)
- Primary Weapon, Ugrade Slot, Appearance Slot (4 Bytes)
- Secondary Weapon, Upgrade Slot, Appearance Slot (4 Bytes)
- Melee Weapon, Upgrade Slot, Appearance Slot (4 Bytes)
- Focus school (1 Byte)
- Parazon, Upgrade Slot, Appearance Slot (3 Byte)
- Selected Pet, Upgrade Slot, Appearance Slot (4 Bytes)

Note, they do not (or at least should not) save the actual Frame, Weapon etc. itself per slot, but just the reference to it. Otherwise they truly should seek help from a software developer.

Since I've heard that the reason they won't sell us more Loadout slots is the immense amount of data they had to store, let's calculate it. For future frame release sake, let's say you need 2 Bytes (max value of 65536) for the Frames, Weapons and Pets, but only 1 Byte per Upgrade Slot and Appearance Slot.

This brings us to the Values I've noted above and to a total of 24 Bytes (I'm even being generous here as you can see).
Now the argument being that 24 Bytes of data storage for an additional loadout slot is too much to handle for DE is just plain ridiculous.
Especially when they give each player the option to save thousands of Kuva Liches and Parvos Sisters for free. And yes, they all need to be saved, no matter whether you converted or vanquished them.

So then, if the "data storage" argument is not valid, why can't they sell us more loadout slots?
