Mathrus, the famous MUGEN myth. It said that whenever you get in a match against him, the screen displays red flashing lights and affects as the opponent dies instantly, as well as acting as a virus that breaks the opponent's computer.

So that's my idea, a Mathrus character that only has one move that instantly kills the opponent while putting red flashing effects and lights on their screen.
