If your game won't open
It seems the devs installed Melonloader incorrectly with their update. I managed to get the game functioning again by going to the melonloader website: Melonloader [melonwiki.xyz]
From there, download the melonloader.x86.zip file, and extract its contents into your game folder, overwriting the previous files. This seems to allow the game to run normally again.

Doing this fixes the game.

It not happens to all players. There is a new update a few minutes ago, it might fix the melonloader for you.

(Graphical mods I would imagine)

i still cant open the game

Steam workshop isn't available for me as an Oceanic user, which is interesting. I can't upload mods. Might be why you're not seeing any English mods yet.

Because the devs are scared of some contents you create which may against China's policy.

go into the game folder and delete the "version.dll" something like that, dps try to open it again, it worked for me

There are english mods: I have installed Heaven's chosen mod, parent mod and God's eye mod. The first and last don't really count, but the parent mod is in english. A couple dialogs and parents give you gifts before and after major breakthrough

not fixed, but I did the workaround and it worked.
