does anyone have any idea where i can get new hairstyles and facial features for characters (female) on the workshop?

Depends on the style you're looking for but I use a pack with japanese hairstyles, war paints and scars. It's more like manga style ^^ Doesn't really suit the ES universe xD but some are kinda cool. I mostly use it for making male characters more effeminate and good-looking. It's called apachii and I found it on Skyrim nexus. But surely you can find anything you want on this data base !
