I contacted them, just waiting for them to get back. Was curious if anyone had come across the issues, that's all.

I just had this exact problem happen to me as well. However, I notice if I go to Steam>Community>Greenlight>Submit your game -- it seems to allow me to proceed with posting my projects to Greenlight?

None, just did exactly what DeadAlienCult said.

You might have noticed posting in this thread does not help.

My comm. will be prob useless, but try again or contact steam? lol

It's an issue that I think everyone has (?) - You can just do the method I listed above if you want to start submitting your stuff to Greenlight. Worked for us.

Here's the method / comment again just incase:

Also, doing it from the client, not the website. Not sure if that matters / helps.
