The culprit appears to be Soundtrack Menu, specifically when running with the Music Mod Callback API (MMC) installed. It is likely in part due to the internal filenames assigned to the remixes.
For the time being, you can install REPENTOGON and disable MMC. This appears to fix the issue; however, keep in mind that Soundtrack Menu is not officially supported at this time, so you could likely still encounter compatibility issues.
I've updated the mod's description to make this issue clear, to hopefully avoid confusion in the future.
If you could, please open a discussion/thread and provide a pastebin with a list of your installed mods I could look into investigating further.
If a floor DOES play music, it restarts on every room change
Please fix and thank you
