Introduction
As always, SCS presented the new DLC with the help of a trailer and at the same time started a community event with #CruisingLouisiana[blog.scssoft.com], which runs until 8 February 2026. This guide is a part of my American Truck Simulator 100% Achievement Guide and contain huge spoilers! If you want to figure it out by yourself: DON'T USE THIS GUIDE!

If you purchased the DLC at launch, you was able to get a Boudreaux the Bear, if you linked your Steam account to your World of Trucks profile and delivered one cargo from or to Baton Rouge. In addition, if you participated in the community event, you could receive a new paint job - Southern Wings - if you delivered freight to or from ten different cities (there are eleven) in Louisiana and if the community goal was reached, you could also receive a Golden South ornament to decorate your cab.

Can confirm, the comment about the draw bridge north of Baton Rouge - its LA 15. On the straight between the Viewpoint marker [north] and the Highway Marker [south]

(Need Fixed) LA RT 171 rest & fuel area wont let me exit from fuel lane near 84 east & west. Had to backup to exit fuel lane. Thanks.

I got credit for one of the drawbridges on LA 15 north from Baton Rouge (or maybe on LA 1 right before the turn for LA 15).

I can confirm the easiest way to complete Shipyard Supplies is to use your own flatbed trailer and look for the cargo on the normal Cargo Market and quick travel to the city where you can pick it up.
I was lucky to find some lumber and a metal coil in Louisiana itself and some iron pipes in Houston TX. All of them went to Haddock Shipyards in Houma as I never saw any for the one in Port Fourchon.

And as always, thanks for great well written guides Xeeran :)

Shipyard Supplies can be done from outside the state, I did one even from San Francisco and it counted.

"Long" lumber (long square timber) on log trailer did not count for me for the achievement. Apparently there are many variations of lumber (even though logistics map show only one lumber) and not all of them count. Shorter square-profiled timber on flatbed trailer did the job for me.

Shipyard (Pipes) Pickup job anywhere but you have to drop off in Houma LA (Haddock ship yard)
Couldn't find job from Wichita KS to Houma LA. Flatbed Trailer

I used a flatbed trailer, it increases the likelihood of loading.

For iron pipes check the company Steeler.

Pete B yes you can use the Flatbed trailer for all 3, I used the freight market to get a trailer of lumber then bought my own flatbed to use the cargo market.
