@aggaghghwaghwghwgh You're wrong, when the arrows have been corrupted by the spawn of Molag-Bal's blood and then they're fired at the sun, the resulting reaction is caused by the bow losing its power source.
The bow, if used as intended, gets its power from the sun. However if used with tainted arrows this link weakens and the reult is a shroud of red and black that blocks Auri-El's influence upon the plane of Nirn, if however the bow isn't kept in close enough range to the object it's influencing (Ie: The Sun) then the link breaks and the shroud disapates which is why it is gone on the following day.

@1360Mind: Thats what happens when you hit the sun with bloodcursed arrows, literally setting fire to the sun and snuffing out its lights.

hey is there a way i can cheat in this bow and i can do shit to the sun and it actuly works?

I'm having the same issue when adding the spell to my blood bath. It only goes off once, and doesnt stop sun damage. Wierd it doesnt let you add it to other objects :(

That was what I initially tried, but the dawnguard script files aren't accessible. I've made a shout that has the same effect on the sun, but doesn't remove the sun damage.

you should make a mod that keeps the sun looking like that
