This is a good idea but I mean you can literally change the shout cooldown to zero with a console command. The command is 'player.forceav shoutrecoverymult 0' just type everything within those quotation marks (spaces uncluded)

Glad to hear you got it working. Previously this mod required no spell and having a spell may be inconvenient. But I found that doing it that way was the only way to have this mod work for modded and custom shouts (as far as I'm aware).

@FE4R, Figured it out. forgot that it's a spell based mod. just recast the spell and everything was fine. every now and then it stops working but i just reuse the spell and it works fine after

@Arbiter, Have you tried recasting the spell? Remember, it only lasts for 100 in-game days.

@Old Gregg, Sorry I'm not sure. Have you tried removing the mod and reinstalling it?

It used to work before, but now it doesn't. I had configured the time scale so I reset it to default to see if that was affecting it but still same thing. Any idea what's wrong?
