just do player.forceav shoutrecoverymult 0
if you want it temporarily do setav instead of forceav.

only thing i dont like about this mod is the fact it takes up the necklace slot, eh, i always have infinite ring's anyway...like ill miss one little necklace :P

for those having trouble finding the amulet, swim around the room with the water. Reeeeaaalllyyy look carefully under the water, there are goodies down there besides the amulet.

@jedda118, you're kidding right? did you even read the description? the amulet reduces the cooldown of shouts by 100%... if they're shouts, they don't cost anything.

k, the people that are having a hard time finding it...you have to enter the Temple. There is only one way to go. there is a flooded room, the amulet is on a table under the water with a body. The exit is out the back of the room under water.
