Pack updated.
Pack no more requires old Networks Skins and compatability with new Networks Skins. Also fixed _I textures.

@Vice Admiral Sohryu Well, Ukraine is ex-USSR, and collection is called -Russia/CCCP- :) Don't get me wrong, I'm neither a vatnik/moscal nor Putin's supporter (despite I'm from Russia).
But @Captain-NO only makes collections for players to access assets easier, he doesn't make political claims :)

@Captain-NO, Khreschatyk is in Kyiv and that's Ukraine, not Russia.
