Usually you should just be able go add it via the subscribe button. There have been several updates to the tabletop simulator since I made this 8 years ago, so I can't guarantee that it still works properly today. I'll have a look if I have the time but please understand that most people who upload games to the workshop do this in their free time and may not be able to offer constant support.
