Is there any possibility of a review copy of this game? I could give some great feedback and an honest review with praise where its due and constructive criticism.

I feel like i need to make this clear, im not a scammer and i dont want payment to review the game, all i want is the game to review in the first place, giving me something to do is payment enough :) lol

If you are interested add me on steam or email me at

Nice :D thanks for the reply. once again best of luck and can't wait to play :)
OMGWTF Games  [author] Nov 7, 2016 @ 12:02am
@serial_iller - There's no way we'd let that feature escape this game, haha. We've had a couple iterations of a map system and we're currently implementing the best version.

Thanks for the support!
serial_iller Nov 6, 2016 @ 2:34pm
holy shit man this looks great. one request however, if it isn't already implemented, PLEASE make sure this game has a map! I have played an astonishing number of games recently that should but don't have some kind of map. for a game like this it will likely be imperative. anyways sorry for the mini rant, i wish you great luck with this game and can't wait to play it!

sembra un medroidvania vecchia scuola con potenziamenti e armi sbloccabili durante l'avventura
e con boss finali da sconfiggere.bisognera vedere la varieta' dei nemici e dei livelli..comunque sembra buono
xBzinho Oct 29, 2016 @ 10:48pm

Great music: check. Full gamepad support: check. Looking good so far.
Mellow_Online1 Oct 29, 2016 @ 10:14am
Seems like a generic metroidvania game. Is there anything unique in this that could possibly make it stand out? Sticking an ask me again later on it for now.
Judge Oct 29, 2016 @ 5:06am
Upvoted, looks pretty sweet.

Why don't they just use batteries?

Achievements are not finalized, but will certainly be in the game. We're always open to suggestions there too! Though we have quite a few in mind, it's always nice hearing what other ideas folks have.

@limelight1210 - Full controller and keyboard support! This game is definitely better with a gamepad, but we're not leaving out those without one either.

@others - Thanks for the support! We're glad you like what we've done.
limelight1210 Oct 28, 2016 @ 7:52am

This looks awesome. Very relevant to my interests.

A bit, save for the fact that you'll have to beat a mini-boss which will allow access to a teleporter room in which you can use the power supplied to the room to either open the gate to a new area, or teleport back to the lab keeping your nanites intact, ensuring you can upgrade abilities. You will always keep your money to upgrade the lab and buy things with, but you must escape with your life in order to keep your nanites, which offer access to highly valuable permanent upgrades.
ClassicHuggles Oct 27, 2016 @ 8:53pm
@OMGWTFGames Ah okay thank you for the clarification. It sounds a lot like Rouge Legacy. Hope for the best with this game.
KevinOfNine Oct 27, 2016 @ 6:13pm
Voted, when do I get my free copy?
NapzzZ Oct 27, 2016 @ 4:35pm
Referred to this game by a friend who knows some of the developers. I enjoy these skill based platformers. A risk of rain kinda feel to it. Core elements seem there. I hope to hear more about this as it progresses.
OMGWTF Games  [author] Oct 27, 2016 @ 4:35pm
@TheHauntedHuggles - The main gameplay loop is roguelite in that the lab is the main hub where you do all your upgrading (player abilities, lab stations/shops, and items equipement). When you die, you'll be reconstituted back in the lab and spend your credits on equipment and lab upgrades. If you survive and defeat a miniboss, you'll be allowed to teleport back to the lab and spend any nanites you collected on player abilities which are permanent upgrades.

The levels and monster spawns are randomly generated. Once you leave the lab area, the areas will be set until you either get dead or beat a miniboss or actual boss. The map is split up into different areas with their own themes that have transition points from one to the next, guarded by a miniboss and/or boss depending on the location and path of travel.
ClassicHuggles Oct 27, 2016 @ 3:43pm
This looks really good and I want to play it. Though I do have some questions about the game. In the description you say that the game is a metroidvania rougelite, what in the game is rougelite? Is the game procedurally generated? Is the main structure of the game the same but shuffles some things every run? Is it all one huge map or is it split off into seperate levels that are randomly genearated and are large? Either way have an upvote!
OMGWTF Games  [author] Oct 27, 2016 @ 3:14pm
@Left at Death - thanks! We figure a solid form of progression will make the game a lot more fun to keep coming back to and advancing.

@catmelonhat - one this we will give you.
hollowphoton Oct 27, 2016 @ 3:07pm
Looks awesome! Upgrading the research lab sounds great, reminds me of the castle in rogue legacy.

Hi there!
My name is Joshua Robertson and I'm the owner of Flash Reviews, an independent gaming website dedicated to helping promising Greenlight/Kickstarter projects and their developers. Your game looks very similar to the old style Metroid games and that's the reason why i want to write about your great looking game. It's all free so if you're interested then send me a quick invite and we can have a chat about your game. If not then I wish you all the best and I hope the game does well :)
yullybond Oct 27, 2016 @ 12:30pm
Nice. Can't wait to play it...
OMGWTF Games  [author] Oct 27, 2016 @ 12:13pm
Thanks guys. @JibaNyarth - that's what we were shooting for here. Pixel art can still be fluid and look great, you will find no mspaint work here, haha.
JibaNyarth Oct 27, 2016 @ 12:02pm
Well, it's great to see there's people who still can pull that "retro" aesthetic correctly. Far too many times have I seen games on Greenlight using that as an excuse to have extremely sloppy pixel art as graphics. Good job!
