What are the differences with block services?

Can you use this with Building Spawn Points mod so you can move it away from a road but emergency vehicles can still pickup garbage and dead bodies? I'll have to try testing. Thanks!

Is it possible to make these recognize Road Access from farther than 4 squares?
Maybe say 20 squares? This would solve the problems of wanting a Gather Point, or a Park Bench in the wilderness without having a road nearby.

Still doesn't produce "people."

you can still use it without a road connection, citizens will keep coming but an icon will flash saying no road connection.

@Caseyas435943 this is how we used to make parks years before the parks DLC came out. If you used it with pedestrian roads and Move It you were able to make functioning parks at the time. This is a pretty dated asset pack, it hasn't even been updated in 4 years.

Part paths through parks. I don't understand why you make an asset which goes in a park but need roads connected to it. It defeats the purpose. I don't want cars racing through my parks. The idea is amazing. But having to have roads running through a park? No.

In quarantine and wasting time by reading all the rude comments on assets left months ago. For instance, @Lil Quack apparently only read PART of the description of this classic asset and missed that pedestrian paths will NOT provide the necessary services in order to prevent the warning bubbles about access and crime. I am not sure why people expect assets and mods that are 4 years old to be fully functional and meet current needs given how many updates have happened during that time. But, I guess its just as weird to assume people read things before posting nasty mean comments to creators!

This pack is great. Its just an economy way to avoid park life.

The ♥♥♥♥ you mean? I have a couple of benches almost next to a walking path, and they still complain about no road connection.
What's the point if they need a road connection? Who places benches right next to a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ road? Benches belong in a park, amidst trees and ♥♥♥♥, not close-by a road.

Useless mod. At least with actual prop benches I can place them wherever I want, they just don't get people on them.

I have not tried this yet, but based on my research, if you get Network Extensions 2 and Traffic Manager: President's Edition, you should be able to make your pathways zone able roads for service access. Not a bad idea, but my one complaint would have to be that there are a lot of custom props out there which look way better then the vanilla tables and benches. It would be nice to have something which would allow us to make use of the asset of our choice to achieve this same effect.

I'll expect you'll find that eventually a cim will die in the park ... and the hearses have no way to remove the corpse, so you'll also see a blinking "dead bodies" signifier.

@Mark Fire. I've made a slight alteration to the PPG mod as you uploaded here, and I'm wondering whether you are okay with me uploading the altered version.

The only real alteration I've made is increasing the happiness value a bit, so that I can actually use them as proper functional parks in game.

it's asking for road connections. i have a pedestrian path that cuts through my park and all assets I used in this pack are looking for road connections :(

Any progess on eliminintaing the need for a road connection? I am constantly having to re-do all of my custom park tables and benches since they end up with dead people or thugs on them !

Is there any way to remove the need for police on these? I use benches a lot and every 5 minutes they complain about high crime rate (it's 6%, no reason to do that). Having to either replace them every time or having the pop-up is annoying :/

But sometimes you need to rotate.

It says you dont need road connections but you do, can you make them not need road connections? Kinda defeats the purpose.
