Btw this is my favorite weapon mod. The detail is just incredible.
If you have he nexus mod manager, there it shows you the list of mods. And the XX is the number this mod has in the list. You can just search it by typing "help loner 4" into the ingame console.
If you want, you can write smth. I think I diary-style text would be great, so I can turn that into an ingame book and place it where the sword is.

I thought it'd be more immersive if it's just in that cave, without a lot of instructions. There's still the way to look up the cave in one of the maps, for example here:
