Found the problem fix (for me). Someone mentioned clearing the cache in the steam menu. Cleared it right up. Nice mod.

Interesting - does for me, although I've moved on to the Special Edition now. Do you have any other Severin Manor mods perhaps?

(and I must get round to porting this to SSE too)

I was glad to find this mod, but it doesn't show up in my list before launch when I subscribed. Don't see a book anywhere when I enter Severin Manor.
