when i used this mod for 1.50 it kept crashing.

can this mods work 1.49 ?

Needs some sort of way for drivers to try and keep moving. I keep on running into situations where entire streets are backed up with hundreds of cars because one car's sitting in front not knowing that to do.

Tested with ATS v1.48, seems to be working fine. Drove around Longview, TX (where I am lurking in anticipation of Oklahoma) with no issues.

@meatball thanks for the update. Any chance on adding more traffic on the side you drive on? Everytime I use any traffic mod it seem to only have tons of traffic on the opposite side of the road/freeway and only a few cars would be on my side. An improvement on the more traffic heading the same way would be huge plus!!!!!

Updated for v1.47. SCS has changed a few things about how it works (there's a few new variables) and so while it's working, I'm not 100% sure of the results so might make a few more tweaks and update again after I play a bit more.

any chance of making this work with convoys soon? A friend and I would love using this on the maps we use for convoys! that would be lit!!!!

kills frame by 32-40ish but overall good mod, needs work on frames

Updated for v1.45, drove Cheyenne to Casper, all good.

Working in v1.44, drove around Salt Lake City for 15 minutes with no issues.

This just seems to turn American Truck Sim into 'American Traffic Jam Sim' like every other traffic mod I've tried. Can't sit anywhere too long or you will be overwhelmed with gridlocked traffic in towns and cities. Wish there was a mod that just increased traffic on Freeways and not on back roads in the middle of nowhere like there is constantly a burning man festival everywhere you go. Really wish SCS would do a traffic overhaul on the game.

Crashes for me on 1.43 could be a possible mod conflicting with another but worked fine 3 weeks ago (last time I played was 12/19; you updated on 12/9 so nothing could have changed other than other mods that I use.

Going to need updating on 1.43 as it adds more and new AI Traffic models. All traffic pre 1.43 is going to be missing some code and cause crashes. Just a heads up, would love to run this mod on 1.43 when released.

@Skoda Fan This was quite a few years ago, I would encourage you to find a Skoda owners’ forum (Briskoda is a good one) and ask about how feasible it is.

@Skoda Fan Good luck, it's closely related to the VW Golf so you should be able to find some parts for it in North America. When I need bits for mine, I could go to a VW dealership part dept sometimes and find something that would fit there. Same deal, the Karoq is the VW Taos which is just coming out now. Maybe buy a few Skoda badges and stick them over the VW one? :p
