Howdy, author of EspMod here. Just wanted to say I'm honored people are still enjoying my work 8+ years later. I recognized the treasure pile in one of the screenshots, and wow, that brought back memories. Thank you for including parts of EspMod in your mod.

One of the worst things was even though I had the cooks on different schedules, the ignored orders to go to training grounds and continued cooking.
Despite that, food and drink reserves continued to slowly plummet.
More Gnomes showed up which only exasperated the issue.
I already have stuff I need to deal with IRL, when I play a game I want to feel like I'm having fun. Not feel like I'm doing chores.

I like what this mod offers, I really do.
But unless you can point me in the direction of where the values are for saturation (whether it be the Gnomes hunger rate or the food values) I can't really enjoy the good things with what makes it infuriating.

Thank you for you time.

From what I can tell, the mod at least works.
Sadly, I cannot recommend it.

First, the good;
I loved the variety of options available, from the colors of trees to the plethora of new foods.
Gathering water and burning wood for charcoal reminds me of "Craft the world"'s mechanics.
Using resin from trees and churning milk into butter added more realism to the experience.

But at a cost...

The bad;
When I start a game of Gnomoria, I normally get at least 1-2 farms running.
By day 6 I try to have 6 and move up to 9 before day 12.
I had over that running, and was still having issues with food as my kitchens were running almost full tilt.
I make militias in most of my games, strong military is a strong fort.
But at the rate I needed to make food it delayed that.
It was like playing a "Papa's (Workplace)" Game while in Gnomoria.

Does anyone else have an issue where the merchant state merchant doesn't want to buy anything but furniture and statuettes?

Yorbihtter 13. sep. 2017 kl. 21:32
is there "no-steam" version of this mod?
Tacyn  [ophavsmand] 16. juli 2017 kl. 10:28
No, if at all, I work on version 2.
zukfoster 16. juli 2017 kl. 1:32
Hi Tacyn, quick question. Are you still developing/updating this version?
IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII 24. juni 2017 kl. 6:57
Is it possible to mod the "construction" of a 100% or less water block with a well bucket or full bucket from this mod? If so, will it split out and water underground farms?

Hi, which tab is the 'used bandage' under for stockpiling? i can't seem to find it.
Tacyn  [ophavsmand] 27. dec. 2016 kl. 15:07
They are unchanged

Oh hey cool. I always felt bad that I was too lazy to port Grand Arboretum into a format that made it compatible with other mods. Just out of curiousity, did you leave the mod as-is or create new sprites for the trees?
Greyskye 28. nov. 2016 kl. 16:22
Great mod. Adds a lot to the base game. Cheers!
F U N C C 14. nov. 2016 kl. 15:02
u should start working on a mod that adds the system for gnome children and playgrounds and all the stuff like that. There is a really good post that eplains it all

This mod - while be an almagamation - actually takes the game a big leap towards Robobob's roadmap vision. It adds so much "width" to the game in terms of variation, and in some cases some extra depth as well with new mechanics. It would be ideal if combat was buffed, gnome personalities were fleshed out. I remember Robobob was going to add some larger foes ("Beasts" like in DF maybe?) and magic. In terms of "stuff to do in the game" with this mod, Gnomoria is way ahead of all other build-agent games except for - of course - Dwarf Fortress. It's still a long...long way behind that. But that's not neccessarily a bad thing.
Wirewolf 8. okt. 2016 kl. 9:43
Thank you! This mod is outstanding and has revitalized my interest in the game.
Tacyn  [ophavsmand] 8. okt. 2016 kl. 2:56
Assign the gym to the gnome you want to train,
then queue up 'weight' for fitness or 'juggle balls' for nimbleness.
You have to make a weight and juggleballs at the metalworker and leatherworker first.
Wirewolf 7. okt. 2016 kl. 18:09
I was wondering how one gets gnomes to use the gym? (apologies if this is a repeat question, couldn't find it in the string)
Tacyn  [ophavsmand] 7. okt. 2016 kl. 2:19
bronze requiers research at the smelting lab
Fion 6. okt. 2016 kl. 3:17
I had no idea you could see more with the right click menu. That helps a lot! Thank you! Thatch inclines are in the game still! Woohoo!
Tacyn  [ophavsmand] 6. okt. 2016 kl. 2:23
try the right-click menu.
I don't think Incline were ever accessible through the bottom menu.
Fion 6. okt. 2016 kl. 0:15
Did you take out Thatch Ramps at all? I am looking at old photos and people used to be able to make them? How do I make Thatch/straw roofs with the inclines? I used to be able to make them a long time ago. Were they taken out?
Fion 5. okt. 2016 kl. 4:21
Okay. Thank you for responding. I thought they were items/furniture etc that were glitched and something about the mod was broken.
Tacyn  [ophavsmand] 5. okt. 2016 kl. 3:58
Yes, but they are only there so you can get them in an existing savegame.
Otherwise, you automatically get them at the start.
Fion 5. okt. 2016 kl. 2:33
Hello! I just wanted to ask if index pages are a thing made by fiber? I don't know if the mod itself is glitching or not.
Tiryana Bell 3. okt. 2016 kl. 9:33
I'll check if I didn't miss anything else, and try to reproduce it.
Tacyn  [ophavsmand] 2. okt. 2016 kl. 14:40
No, but I also can't reproduce this issue.
Tiryana Bell 30. sep. 2016 kl. 22:15
that's not what I meant. Bonemeal, from skulls, is sitting in my storage, but is not being used for crafting petrified bone, or is this also intentional?
Tacyn  [ophavsmand] 30. sep. 2016 kl. 12:43
Yes, you have to manually order skulls to be used for bonemeal.
That is intentional.
Tiryana Bell 30. sep. 2016 kl. 3:18
Hi I noticed that bone meal from skulls is not used for making petrified bone, whereas bonemeal from bones does.
Dumpgrah 29. sep. 2016 kl. 14:04
@tacyn thx man didnt see it should of looked a bit harder
Tacyn  [ophavsmand] 29. sep. 2016 kl. 14:02
It's the scrapper, as stated in the item description
Dumpgrah 29. sep. 2016 kl. 13:07
Anyone know how to process nuggets into bars
LordDeathhammer 25. sep. 2016 kl. 14:36
Awesome thanks! Palm to the face Pot Ash is an Ash :-)
Tacyn  [ophavsmand] 25. sep. 2016 kl. 10:48
Ash is made in the furnace.
With chitin, pick the specific hide to use manually.
I'll try to fix this in a future version.
LordDeathhammer 25. sep. 2016 kl. 10:43
Is there an issue with Chitlin? Mine keeps grabbing a chitlin and the completed hide to make another hide. Ultimately it is leaving me with one hide from chitlin while using all my stock piles of mant and spider. PS Love this mod! and where is ash made from?
Tacyn  [ophavsmand] 25. sep. 2016 kl. 8:06
Use them to make signatures.
It works best if you use different pages for each gnome.
Tekkionn 25. sep. 2016 kl. 7:25
What do I do with all the index pages?
g_BonE 25. sep. 2016 kl. 4:51
Thanks! That worked.
Tacyn  [ophavsmand] 25. sep. 2016 kl. 3:37
You need to select shallow or marked grave at the bottom of the replace floor menu.
Those each bury a corpse. The marked grave additionally uses the coffin and a signature.
On top of the graves you can then place a gravestone/slab.
g_BonE 25. sep. 2016 kl. 3:09
found that gravestone is crafted at the stonecarver - still, no bodies get "buried" when the gravestone is placed. also, what are the coffins crafted at the carpenter used for?
Tacyn  [ophavsmand] 25. sep. 2016 kl. 3:07
@Muckker: Yes, I know what my mod does and it is intended.
Tacyn  [ophavsmand] 25. sep. 2016 kl. 3:03
Gravestone is made at the stonecarver.
The graves both have 'Corpse' as a component.
But that could be any corpse. You have to make sure that it's the one you want.
g_BonE 25. sep. 2016 kl. 2:51
How do You put up a proper grave? Cant find a way to craft the "gravestone" and "shallow grave" just seems to replace the floor but des not put a body in it.
