I'm not planning on adding working gauges on cars from games where there is no cockpit view (that includes Pro Street), sorry. The wheels on the Cobalt will be the stock ones and I'll see what I can do about the Venture when I'm done with my current work.

can you make realistic guages for the cobalt like the nfs prostreet 2 scars pack and please make the needles visible because the nfs prostreet 2 scars pack didn't have the needles visible when i got in the seat and of course have the guages low poly seeing i dont know if there is a cockpit view in nfs prostreet

I've already said I'll try to make one. However, I'll be porting the car from NFS Pro Street to keep the polycount at a reasonable level.
