is this still being worked on? last time i played it ran into a few bugs, but that was quite awhile ago, would hate to see this disappear

One of the most abysmal writing I've seen. Nevermind the most vague dialogue "options" with little to no difference between them. The "story" itself? Isn't even amateur level. "Professional" runner walks up to a megacorp building, stands infront of it and proclaims loudly how he hit the place... Knowing he has heat on his tail. And we, the player, are somehow expected to act surprised at his near immediate death or feel any sympathy? How on earth is this mod rated as highly as it is?

Bug: It seems Arbor's nature based quests aren't triggering the proper mission complete triggers.

Wychma, to get rid of the former employee, I found going to the Firing Range downtown works in removing unwanted party members. I suppose the pit in the Rat's Nest can do it too, but I haven't tested that yet.

Also another bug in Matrix. When you save your game inside a Matrix board, and then load the game, you can no longer interact with ANY of the nodes in the board. It plays the animation and sound, but the dialogue doesn't show up! You have to Jack Out and Jack In again to make things work. Fixable?

There is this game breaking bug when doing the "Recovery" mission from Vigor. When you exit the location with the former employee, she spawns outside with an extra npc. Then when you go to the docks to meet the getaway boat, the mission ends with success and you can do "job done", and the extra spawned npc leaves your party after you exit focks. BUT after that the former employee is _permanently_ stuck as your party member. Like, she follows you around everywhere. And I am sure if you redo the mission, you will get another extra former employee following you around? This is really jarring and it breaks things. Is there a way to remove the bugged npc from your party? Can this bug be fixed somehow?

I bet on the cultist to beat up the bum, and the game kind of crashed (locked up).

ManikMonkey: Talk to Vigor in the underground 93 Northside

So.. after the third story mission when you are jumped by red samurai at the melee arena, and just after giving Piper the camera footage I get a call saying that someone wants to meet me. It is a picture of my own character that calls and says this and I have a 0 above where it says "I should find more work" Is this the end of the story for now or am I glitched? Sorry if this has been asked and answered before there are almost a thousand comments so I didn't really look too hard.

When I hire Ricky the Rat Shaman, and take him to any transition, it loads him in the next zone as Ricky_avatar and removes all his equipped items and deletes them. I haven't tried any other runners, and the current mission is drug dealer on the docks. I also hired him from the pocket telecom, so maybe that has something to do with it.

"a private hangar outside of town" need to know where this is, its not the docks, the only pad there has the mitsuhama lhq copter on it, im sure im missing it in one of the other areas, i need to take my extraction there and theres no quest direction marker, i will keep looking but suggestions would be most helpful

Has anyone experienced an issue where the game freezes when trying to enter the Stokers Coffin Motel?
The loading screen is just stuck at about 20% and it says "Saving..." in the bottom right. The tips at the top still cycle through though.
Any help would be most appreciated.

I bought the file. I emptied out the Law firm system. There doesn't seem to be a way to finish the mission.

New front image means a new version of the content pack and probably more issues to ignore. j/k about the ignoring.

Lol it's hilarious. The only SR I had was Returns, so I had to pick up DF (and HK just bc). Mod feels a little janky, but I am an absolute sucker for this kinda gameloop. It's my jam for sure. Loving the mod. Crazy that you've been working on this for AGES. Keep it up man!

yeah drones vanish when loading into areas and when clicking "jobs done"

I thought I solved that forever ago. I think I seem a thing causing that; I will remove it for the next release pending 35th of never, unless it gets too heavy with simple actionable items before then. Also, your simple is not necessarily my simple.

my drones keep disappearing every time I take a taxi or complete a quest. LOVE the game so far and the setup, but this bug keeps the droner in me in check lol.

Same story here. Big Shadowrun fan from the Sega Genesis days. Enjoyed this game back when it first came out. Forgot all about it. Saw Splattercat's video on this mod. Now I get to have fun all over again!

Wow, Splattercat released a video about this today and I am amazed this mod is still up. Last time I played it was like... 2018?!

1st of all i want to thank Southwind for starting this mod and James, Yusukitty, Mizaroth for taking over and developing it further. Is the cave run the end of the road right now? Would be sad, because i really enjoyed this so far. Hopefully i/we will see more content. See you on the streets "chumpers" :D

dont know if its bug but downtown is VERY dark for me, like "out of vision" dark and i dont know why, i think the first time i visited downtown was fine but from there on its really dark here

Just wanted to say I'm giving this mod another replay after a year or two off of Dragonfall. Is the "Main Quest" finished btw? I loved what I played but I was sad to see the main story about avenging my brother just stopped when I was invested and loving the writing. Keep up the good work, you're doing great!

How far is the story line
I finished the getting dirt in the cave. turned it in but seem to be stuck as i have done at lest 20 missions and still can talk to butters
may be bugged because after i turned in the dirt i now have 2 mission boxes top one says look for work the bottom one say i found the box and need to turn it in but i cant call that person anymore.
so is this as far as the story goes ?
