I just finished this legacy. I liked it a lot, not as much as the Professor. The end-game was a little to grindy to me.



I also had the same problem as Skunch Shart with Theresa not giving me the promise. When I supplied her with my exalted followers she just took them, she disappeared only leaving 'Publishing the Seventh History' behind. I looked up that part in the guide and think I did it correctly. If you want to I can give you my save just before I ascended.

The witness also didn't work for me. I was able to add all the witnesses form the other histories, but when adding my own follower it didn't work. I don't have a save to demonstrate this.

Hi adamcay08, sorry for the late reply. You're right, when I tried to increase the drop rate, I accidentally added a typo that instead prevented all drops. I've fixed this with a recent update to The Professor. Thanks for reporting!

Can't seem to actually find any of the scret histories ingredients

It was my fault, I had this mod loading before the professor mod so ambitions was trying to pull the wrong card. It's working now! Really enjoying this and the professor mod :)

I don't know if this is a bug or if I'm missing something, but I'm not getting any pages from season of ambitions so I can't make any progress

It's possible. I tested it yesterday and didn't run into the issue. But I think it's unlikely Exalt Everyone is causing the problem unless it's implemented really funny; I've never looked into it. I'll try to check today, since I won't have PC access for the next few weeks.

I used all three main SH followers as well as the one you start with for this mod. She didn't accept Ibn Al-Adim either. I played most of the save with "Exalt Everyone" activated, I assume that could have caused it

Also, do you recall which follower specifically you had the Teresa issue with? I'm not able to replicate it

Thanks skunch shart, I'll look into it. If you're familiar with the console, you could spawn in the version of Teresa you should have gotten. Press ctrl+tilde (~) to open the console, then type lsha.teresa into the text field, then click create element. For the Secret Histories ingredients, to be more specific Ink of the Scribe is in the Forsaken Reach, Mensicate Mirrors are in Kerisham, and Spider-Silk is in the Tombs of the Shadowless Kings.

I completed all the vanilla ascensions so it's awesome having a new quest to work through. I had fun with this and The Professor but also some issues. I never turned up Secret Histories ingredients from vaults (maybe I didn't farm enough but I think I did), and when I talked with Teresa about publishing, and gave her an Exalted SH follower like the guide said, she said yes she will help then vanished entirely without having the Promise aspect. Not sure what to do but it seems I have been stymied at the very end.

Hi adamcay08, the level of influence gained from a page should scale up to a certain point with the level of your Enemy Long. That said, you'll still need to combine to reach the highest levels.

how do i get higher level SH influences? the pages only seem to be giving me level 1 influences and these are difficult to upgrade to any useful amount

Hi cosmin.pop, I'll see about doing that today or tomorrow. I do have a couple bug reports to fix, but I also know the mod is completable. I do plan to modify some drop rates from some vaults to make it a bit easier to find things.

This one's been a tough nut to crack, I'm not sure what I'm meant to do even after about a dozen hours of playtime, the references to a spider have just been completely void to me (only spider I'm aware of is the spider's door and messing around there did nothing) and the references to a transcript in the instruction card have gone completely over my head as well, I haven't found (found? made?) it yet (well, i did see that i can dream with the atlas but it doesn't let me start it without lore and I've checked every single vanilla lore fragment, none of them work, so I'm pretty sure that's a puzzle for later, i assume it wants some of the professor mod's custom secret histories lore)

I'm not one to usually ask for this, but at the moment I'm completely lost on what to do, could you perhaps add a guide somewhere in the mod files like there is for the professor? It'd be extremely helpful even to just cross-reference to make sure nothing has bugged, thanks!

Apparently it was actually finished, but for some reason I could still place it in the work verb and it never actually informed me it was finished

Hi Nwish, care to give me a few more specifics? What are you trying to do when it asks you to keep working on the transcript?

It doesn't say it, but it's complete. You now need a 15 SH influence, the level 8 SH ingredient from Professor to be explored with and the level 12 SH ingredient. Currently the only way to get them is to farm Kerisham and Port Noon respectively. I wouldn't worry about using the command console to spawn them. It's not intended.

Ok so I've worked the transcript continuously, I have a fragment of each intensity used and nothing's changed, It still wants me to work the transcript even though I literally can't add any more fragments, what do I do?

Do I need the folowers mod for it to work properly, or is it only reccomended ?
