No probably not. I had to do a bunch of changes to the file that this overwrites.
I still havent created updated civics for ECC either.

I will get it done but it will be a patch different from this.

If anyone is interested in the base mod, here is an updated version for 3.12 Psionics Tri-Expanded

Once I ensure that is developed and balanced decently, I will work on creating an addon for the extra ethics :LotusFlower:
