Sure, I can add that to the description. I'm not sure if adding the DLC as a requirement is needed though as people without dlc can still use overload DLC content in multiplayer lobbies with it.

Then set the requirement of this mod to include the Overlord DLC and/or include anything about such in the description.

You do have to have the orbital ring technology unlocked. Are you sure the planet was able to host an orbital ring? There are some checks (like space trash) that doesn't allow its construction.

You also need to be in a game that has the Overlord DLC to build them in the first place.
