Car Part 1 is vents about middle lower dashboard. Car Part 2 is exhaust. Car Part 3 is the piece you need in the rear part of the car to attach the bumper. You can barely see the piece but it should be evident if you lift the car and work underneath.

Those of you searching for car part 1 and 3, there is a link above to help you, but to shorten your frustration: Car part 3 is on the back end under the bumper, and car part 1 is the vents between the climate and the radio cover. I will repeat this. Car part 1 is INSIDE the car. It is between the climate control and the radio. You need to used the C key to crouch to see it.
