No, this version that I specially checked is the version that I am using. I have repeatedly checked the sound files. If there is no problem, you can try to open a new archive separately and see if it works. If not, it will be really strange.

Train sounds (I checked and the sound/audio files are listed in the mod directory too) just don't work, on this version, or your other one either.
All I hear is every other sound in the game, wildlife, road vehicles, etc, but not this or is it a load order issue?

@jakan1604I just got authorization from the author of the Skyline to transplant the mod to this game. If you are not satisfied, you can make a mod that meets your expectations by yourself. I just share it.:steamfacepalm:
