Hey! So this mod will work if you edit some of the code inside of it which is fairly simple. Just go to "Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\1158310\2904293286\common\decisions\ch_minor_decisions.txt" and replace the lines that are the issue.

Replace this:
picture = "gfx/interface/illustrations/decisions/decision_misc.dds"

With this:
picture = {
reference = "gfx/interface/illustrations/decisions/decision_misc.dds"
}

It should look like this below when you're done editing all 5 lines in that text doc (1 for each holding type):

(i highlighted the text just in case)

"After you have converted the holdings you want, you can disable the mod until the next time you need it."

You have no clue how happy this makes me.

I just conquered the last piece of Auridon (as nords) only to find that the Rils had completely ruined their counties by building the wrong baronies.

@Akatosharine I guess every author of any mod has some kind of his own specific vision of his mod and don't want it to be different. And that is why submods exists, to alter that vision with different one :)

Thanks you for this Brilliant mod xx any time I ask the Authors of EK2 anything about the functions of the game the answer always seems to be 'No'. -w-

@Praugz Done.

@Даня It doesn't seem to need any innovations. You just need a tribal government (who directly owns the county) to build a tribal holding. Strangely, when playing a feudal lord with a tribal vassal, it requires you to build a temple and city prior to the tribal outpost (this is not the case if you are a tribal ruler building in your own direct county or tribal vassal's county); however, if your tribal vassal (as a feudal leader) conquers a county with these things already constructed, you - as a feudal ruler - can build a tribal hold in your vassal's territory. Still the one tribal hold per county rule exists, but EK2 allows you to build one in a feudal county with the above mentioned restrictions (this completely contrasts vanilla where you can never build new tribal holds). Hope this helps.

Ok I see now. It will take time to implement and will need testing so after I push an update please leave a comment if you encounter any bug.

Ok @Praugz I will change it now. Is there any innovations needed to do it or you able to build anything from the start?
Praugz 23. dec. 2022 kl. 12:20
@Даня Yes, in elder kings 2 you are able to build tribal holdings in feudalized areas, move the county capital, and even "convert" a county to tribal (in this way).

@Praugz Hello. I never played for tribal in EK. Are they able to build holdings in EK? Because if I remember correctly they can't in original game.
Praugz 22. dec. 2022 kl. 19:49
Hello; are we ever going to be able to convert holdings to tribal?
Akame 20. dec. 2022 kl. 16:11
Это то чего я так сильно хотел, но не у кого почему-то руки не вырастали для этого, из нужного места!

You are welcome! Tell me if you encounter any issue! Also if after changing holding type you see something like "republican rulers cannot rule this holding type" then if it's not disappears itself just start building something in this hold and it will solve the problem
