Nothing says you can't leave that there and just have an extra bag with them separated out for quick randomization with expansions.

Yeah I kinda want to keep the main cards on the board to let players who just want the basic game to play right from the get-go and let them decide if they wish to add in the expansion cards or not.

That helps a lot! Tho, a box/bag with the cards from the deck that starts on the board also split up (assuming you want to keep that one on the board so people can just start if they don't want to use the expansion cards) would help too, then you don't need to do any manual work aside from picking the cards to put into the deck.

@adran06 tried something, hopefully I did it the way you wanted it ^^;

Really all that's needed is the decks all split up into their proper types so they can be randomized and set up manually, if you can't script. That way at least I don't have to also break down the decks before trying to randomize them. Tho, I would also separate out the cards that call out specific characters (like all the pets) so they can be manually included or excluded based on the characters being used, or just tossed into the pile of like cards if the players don't mind potentially dead cards.

@adran06 sadly no, Im not skilled in scripting and the hurdle cards always have to be separated from Lvl1,2,3 etc. I do wish there was an easier way to set it up.

Is there an easy way to set up the game with the expansion stuff? it currently looks like i'd have to manually break down the deck with all the cards first

Looks like the Level 1 Hurdle "The Peanut Butter Hoof Gang" is missing from the Familiar Faces Expansion.
