Is solving the banditry issue intentionally very expensive? Because spending 1K to partially solve the crime in 1 province is extremely unreasonable to me.

You can't use a console command directly, but if you go to Documents/Paradox/EU4/ and create a text file with the contents

CHO = { every_owned_province = { set_base_tax = 1 set_base_production = 1 set_base_manpower = 1 } }

then use the console command "run <filename>.txt" it will set all their provinces to 1/1/1. Change the values as you see fit.

When playing Crownlands, I cannot declare war on anyone, even outside the Kingdom.
It says: X country is not our mutual rival.

Is this normal? Will this restriction be lifted in a later age?

Mod has been update to 2.2. Changes have been listed in the Discord. One of the major things this update addresses is progressing in the Seven Kingdoms; you can now diplomatically take over your overlord's Great House status if you are more powerful than them.

Just want to add after reading back many comment i see you addressed this in 2023.

I being just a simple player and not knowing any code, appreciate it may not just be as easy as reverting as that mode may not be compatible with recent updates... i have no clue but i wouldn't want you to think your unpaid hard work is not appreciated but me asking an eta.

@Harambe You are not wrong! Before I started working on the mod, you could put the start date as far back as the year 2. And there was a specific bookmark for "shattered world", which is what you're thinking of. I did away with the early start date, so now the game begins earliest on the year 196. And consequently the shattered world start date was also removed. It will return in the future, though not for some time.

Hello Emperor Nuclear, just seeking clarification... I played the mod a few years back and for some reason i seem to remember playing house stark and having to conquer the north. I thought this was possible by just taking the date back but it seems i cant do that... Was this a fragment of my imagination or is there a way? Thank you.:alchemistcs:

@Meravi That's been indirectly patched. I didn't know that was an issue (lol) but that would have been caused by a something I've removed in the development version. Shouldn't be a problem anymore when the next update comes around but that won't be for a while :(

Hey! I have a problem while Im playing any of Great Houses. After war with another Great House and signing peace treaty my country automatically become a feudal vassal of my opponent. I guess its bug cause before game update it was working perfectly fine for me.

Is it me or is the quest for dragons bugged?

I managed to get the decision prompt to search for dragons, waiting for those estimated days to pass, went far enough into the tech tree to get them...and yet I do not see the option to recruit dragons anywhere.

Even when I try to look to in the 'outdated units' column, they do not show.

And after waiting for multiple years and events and wars to get another decision prompt, and repeating the steps above in other play-throughs, I never once managed to get dragons.

Is it bugged or am I just not aware of the steps in detail?

War is gonna cause issues, which is why it was disabled. The mod is not complete and most people wanted war back so now it's back. There's obviously gonna be issues but checks have not been created to prevent dismantling like that.

so, i was playing as the north and i attacked the riverlands with humiliate CB. i won the war and ended as THEIR subjet. the crownlands went to liberate against westerlands and they too ended up subject of the lannisters. thus dismantling the 7 kingdoms. how? why?

Hi! Is there a possibility to allow for compatibility with "Missions Expanded"? So that we get some more default missions at least. I know making actual mission trees are very tedious so I feel like that would be a decent fix

I'll try to reenable it soon when I have some time to look back at the code. I wasn't planning on halting my development which is why it was kept in the workshop version but I'll enable the war stuff seeing as I don't know how long I'm going to be away from modding. Expect that update within the next few days.

What is the point of playing the mod if you can't declare war?

This is literally the entire point of the game.
