As a continuation to my previous comment, the addons (which have a .gma extension) are located in the following directory:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\4000

Afterwards, find the folder numbers that match with any addon's id from their respective pages. You can find it on the url bar.
