that's how the F40PH works. the engine is always spinning at max RPM to provide HEP. they're called screamers for a reason, but only one locomotive in the train has to do it.

Oh, yeah. The 071s/111s are a big part of my personal wishlist.

Those use a 12-cylinder instead a 16-cylinder, but I have been looking into making 12-cylinder soundset. If I do, I can update the sound for those Irish locomotives as well.

Interestingly, this would also be suitable for the Irish Rail class 071/Northern Ireland Railways class 111. Just saying.

Sorry about that. The error is also referencing a script in the tank cars mod, but I can't seem to reproduce the error. For now I pushed an update that might fix the issue?

Always love your sound mods! Now all thats left is hope we can get a proper SD40 Model in future

Hope it can be fixed because the SD40-2 sounds are the best in real life. Always liked the sounds of that turbo....
