There are no skins; that was just a technicality when they re-skinned the MTF with the Guard texture.

Trained Backrooms Idiot, Theres a way to make them non-hostile, But it requires editing the SNPC's Type To Combine to Rebel/Civilian, Which will make NTF and Other Guards hostile to it, Since they have them set to Combine.
