Just a small wishlist...

1. Pre-made smokescreen pieces in all needed sizes would be welcome.
2. The NO FIRE and Ground Hugging/Hit the Dirt markers would be more convenient if they weren't hovering so high up.

Hidden Zones is an excellent idea to be honest, might start doing that. The notecard thing just comes from playing it irl as a "what we're used to doing" solution

That would work. I didn't know the notecard function (bottom right) were player (colour) specific. I was thinking of using hidden placement or zones (https://kb.tabletopsimulator.com/game-tools/zone-tools/#:~:text=A%20hidden%20zone%20is%20an,although%20their%20contents%20are%20hidden.) but your solution works too 👍🏻

If my group is ever using hidden units, we usually number the terrains/buildings with the writing tools and have the hidden troops' locations written down on a notecard. It's not perfect but it gets the job done well enough.

Thanks for replying! Ah you're right now I read the rules again. I knew about artillery/mortars who are by default placed off-map but I somehow missed the sniper part at first.

How would you suggest placing hidden stands/units in this mod btw?

Since snipers mechanically are deployed hidden and once used are instantly remove from the map, it never occurred to me to make units for them. Similar reason as to why the artillery "units" are so basic in comparison to the fielded units. But could if there's demand.

Yes they are really cool, I don't know Tactical Shift, i can't find the mod, did they delete it ?

They're slick, aren't they? I borrowed them from Tactical Shift. Originally I tried to recreate them using basic blocks and the joints system available in TTS, but they were wobbly and unable to change color as seamlessly as his are, so I just asked to use them with his permission instead.

Sorry for the delayed reply. The error persisted on every load. The latest update works OK so all good now.

PDF page offset is negative which throws a loading error for me. The PDF loads properly if I change the offset to zero.

Big update coming soon. Lots of QoL changes, placeholders for the six missions nations (still looking for assets for that), and like an update to the Stalingrad map to make it a bit more interesting.

That mod had some visual bugs a while back which was why Imade this one, although I think they've been fixed by now. Both have their strengths and work for the game I think :)
