if i remember, No, only alchemy & crafting are boosted to level 100 with rings, for crafting purpose.

For magika & all others skills, you can craft powerfull items who modify percentage effectiveness.
But i let you play to increase levels by gameplay in these others categories.

Is there a Magicka ring I made a mage but I only have 100 magicka and all I'm looking for is MAGICKA! Q-Q

I used this mod before and it worked properly, but i downloaded it earlier and the rings increase my speed movement and armor rating and enchanting skill, but not smithing skill. Is this a problem with my game or the mod?
