Not much I can do.
My only advise is just uninstall the add-on, and install it again.

thats the problem, i cant uninstall it because the addon(despite it saying that its downloading in the workshop) does not show up on the addons menu. its like this with other addons as well not just this one. but for some reason older addons that i have installed are there and work fine, its just not the recent ones that were published on the workshop.
