It's not in qc, it's about animations that you render out in blender.

Also, suggest add this to qc. so it'll be compatible with dewobedil's custom taunt :

$includemodel "player/dewobedil/mmd/custom_animation_female.mdl"
$includemodel "f_anm.mdl"

Nah, that's not what I meant in specific.

However, it's actually a thing for a model, as well as blinking sequence.

I know that you can add the flxes to a model that way (i did that with the ragdolls), the reason you asked for flexes on playermodels is related to voice chat? I remember i saw the models moving their lips when the mic is on

You can just add shape keys via yourself.
And then render the model in dmx format.
