They boost all your stats and will help with certain things like smithing enchanting walking speed etc.

Quick question, why no pictures? You can take them in game with f12, and Steam saves them for you so you can upload them here. Without them, it REALLY deters potential DLers.

Where is it located. Does it have workshop with smiting needs? But mostly where could I find it?
