Appreciate the effort, truly. To me they feel a bit flat, as if the proportions aren’t 100% correct. I don’t have the physical game so I don’t know if they are meant to look like this, proportion wise. If I use the in game tool to try and adjust the dimensions so I don’t feel dizzy when admiring them, the bases get all dodgy. Any chance you could upload baseless versions of them so that those of us who prefer can adjust the dimensions somewhat?

@kenpoh: load your gloomhaven fantasy setup game, then click "games," then on this mod's window click the "..." button on the upper right, expand, then click the "..." on the figure you want to bring in and click spawn

@Artemis Alright I see what you mean. I've updated the mod just now to move the health bars for Mindthief and Tinkerer up enough that so that they can be clicked, must've missed that when I first made these.

I can't click on the HP bar of the Tinkerer or the Mindthief. It's like the model is overlapping it due to the size difference so the cursor never changes because I can do it on the other starters without a problem.

@Artemis If you right click right on the HP bar it should bring up a "Max" control setting you can use to adjust max HP up or down. Click on the HP bar again to hide it.

Whatever scripting applies to leveling up and changing max HP doesnt seem to be sticking and with the tinkerer and mindthief I can't find a spot where I can click on it to manually edit it either.

@Tease the cat You should just be able to spawn them in and they'll work. Make sure to delete the original figures as well.

How do i replace the original ones and make it so the HP bar on the model still links up with my red HP counter on the playmat?

These are amazing, adds a personal feel to the character. Works great in Fantasy Setup

@Majron While you're in Gloomhaven Fantasy Setup, open up your game list to find this mod, click the three ... symbol in the corner of the icon, click Expand, then pull out what you want. The bag has all 6 in it or you can pull them out individually.
