@Shinjinishi Then this mod is not the cause of your game crashes.
Squigles 6. mar. 2016 kl. 20:25
Game crashes before even finishing the "Bethesda" loading screen ever since downloading this mod, and deleting it afterwards isn't helping.

cant find this on the nexus anymore is there a reason for this?

I am being a really big nit-picky nerd on this, more contrast and more lines does not equal more real looking rocks (they look more like a crinkled paperbag)... Rocks have jointing and weakness due to the materials they are made of, so like a limestone would have joints that are often 45 and 90 degrees, or have wavey-ness near fossils, can get a slow rounding from weathering, spotting, and staining. Sandstones often have banding, which can often switch directions, Granites, are made of a mixture of minerals some weaker than others such as the micas weather out faster than the quartz and so you end up with round bulbs. And lets not go into bedding orientations often changed due to upthrust.... I know I am being super silly about this, some like their water to look real I just want some rocks designed that look like real rocks.

Still great after all these years. A must-have.
artgmmorris 17. juli 2014 kl. 5:59
Great mod I use this one all the time now the odsidian rock mod is one of the most attractive but the contrast with snow looks gritty..I use real mountains & dynamic snow the screen shots dont do this mod justice.Great work Osmodis.

@miliniano
I don't have the reference material to make 4k/8k versions. You could get the UV Mesh fix mod for the mountains and rocks, makes the texture less stretched out therefore increasing the sharpness.
miliniano 21. feb. 2014 kl. 18:57
thx!could tou add some others 4Kou8K from nexus?
Big Kells 23. jan. 2014 kl. 22:48
ok cool, thanks!
Osmodius  [ophavsmand] 21. jan. 2014 kl. 2:10
The free official high def dlc does not include mountain textures. I just released a much better mountain texture mod yesterday, you can see it on my profile. It is called 4k Dark Gritty Mountains.
Big Kells 20. jan. 2014 kl. 18:10
Are these hi-res tex better then the free official high def dlc?
M.I.L.F WAY 9. jan. 2014 kl. 14:25

Finally somthing in a game that looks like alaska!!!
AzraelMuad-Dib 24. okt. 2013 kl. 2:00
After growing up around mountains, I certainly appreciate someone taking the time to draw nice rock formations. :)
Osmodius  [ophavsmand] 25. juli 2013 kl. 15:50
@Perogod
If the mods all change the texture/look of the snow, then only one will work.
ΣПDΣЯ 25. juli 2013 kl. 13:02
Hi I have a newby question here, what happens if i use multiple snow graphic improvement mods at the same time? Will some get disabled or??
hooaht FOYAH 24. juli 2013 kl. 15:02
Oh ok.
Osmodius  [ophavsmand] 24. juli 2013 kl. 14:59
@Pariah.
If your talking about Skyrim HD 2K, then don't use this mod, use 2K instead.
hooaht FOYAH 24. juli 2013 kl. 10:38
This works with 2k rite?
ReDragon 3. juni 2013 kl. 12:20
Thank you.. Osmodius, you're great. :)
Osmodius  [ophavsmand] 2. juni 2013 kl. 14:03
@ReDragon
Sure thing.
ReDragon 31. maj 2013 kl. 13:22
May I ask you , would you give permission
to use your texture 'mountainslab01.dds'
as template in a landscape mod here on steam?

Thank you in advance..

graet mod
Firesaber 20. apr. 2013 kl. 15:04
Works great. love texture mods that fit in with the original art style!
★Captain Yami 27. mar. 2013 kl. 11:44
no i'm not .. i was just wondering if it could be this mod that causes the bug to un-able to absorb dragon souls.
Osmodius  [ophavsmand] 27. mar. 2013 kl. 9:33
@Reaper Revolutionary
u mad bro?
★Captain Yami 25. mar. 2013 kl. 17:58
i got issue with the first dragon.. i couldn't absorb its powers so said.. and i don't know why there is a Dragon Tag on your category
Osmodius  [ophavsmand] 12. feb. 2013 kl. 4:49
@Asadau
@Spider Matt (Koshe)\
I have already explained all the tags for this mod, read the earlier comments.
voidson 11. feb. 2013 kl. 13:10
with*
voidson 11. feb. 2013 kl. 13:10
I have to agree if Asadau, this is pretty misleading to categorize this in Armor, Clothing, etc.
Nagafusa 10. feb. 2013 kl. 13:29
this isent armor. dont put it in the armor section. false tagging make it harder for people to find what they need. kthx.
Bunde 24. jan. 2013 kl. 10:05
oh okhay
Osmodius  [ophavsmand] 24. jan. 2013 kl. 3:50
@valtteri771

I don't have any DLC for the pc version, I get all mine on the console.
Bunde 17. jan. 2013 kl. 12:19
Looks great! Have you considere making new texture for those stone quarries? In my opinion they dont fit with your texture because it is too good :D
Bunde 17. jan. 2013 kl. 7:22
okhay thanks!
Osmodius  [ophavsmand] 17. jan. 2013 kl. 6:17
@valtteri771
Yes, texture mods do not conflict with ENB configurations.
Bunde 16. jan. 2013 kl. 11:05
will this work with the photorealistic enb for skyrim?
d0m0suka 3. jan. 2013 kl. 19:30
looks great!
Osmodius  [ophavsmand] 11. dec. 2012 kl. 16:19
@jrmarshall2014
It should work, just as long as the Wet Rocks mod doesn't add new rock textures.
Fluffy Cactus 6. dec. 2012 kl. 14:27
will this work with the wet rocks mod?
sK3PP1E 28. nov. 2012 kl. 4:53
good mod
Rullande bjälke 24. nov. 2012 kl. 3:31
timesplitter you should ask warrior keke (or something like that) cuz his spells are awesome
Osmodius  [ophavsmand] 12. nov. 2012 kl. 5:04
@Timesplitter
I only deal with textures, spells aren't my thing.
Timesplitter 9. nov. 2012 kl. 18:02
Also, I need a professional modder, if you're interested, that can make a very well balanced magic spells collection that will fit perfectly with the orginal Skyrim spells. I am looking for spells that are very well balanced, do not cost too much magicka, are not too overpowered (powerful), and must make sense being added into the game by even Bethesda itself. The spells must be used with perks (adept, novice, etc.), must be logically categorized for a school of magic (Destruction, Conjuration, etc.), must be sold by the correct vendors when the certain school of magic reaches a certain skill point (At 50 destruction, new books are available for purchase by all Destruction trainers that can train you past 50 Destruction), and MUST fit in will with the rest of Skyrim spells. Btw, thx for the mod and please keep updating it. I look forward to seeing your updates and improvements.
Timesplitter 9. nov. 2012 kl. 18:02
Hey, Great Job on the mod. Just wanted to let you know to keep up on all the updates and improvements of your mod for I am using it in the top rated collection at the moment. Check out "Skyrim Top Of The Line RPG Experience Guaranteed". Been working on it 24/7 and definitely plan on keeping it as up to date as possible with all mods added in the collection.
